Peter Pan's Flight

Ride-Through

 Introduction

One of the original Magic Kingdom attractions, Peter Pan's Flight will receive a facade and attraction refurbishment to go along with its recent queue refurbishment. While keeping the same quaintness and charm of the original, this version will be enhanced with better audio, lighting, animatronics, and most importantly, capacity. The facade will be rethemed from the medieval fair tent design to a more culturally relevant design, with an old English feel, combining the best elements of some of the other iterations of Peter Pan's Flight in Disney Parks, with a distinct flare of its own.

The blue tile roofs, wood furnishings, and indoor interactive queue make this a one of a kind Fantasyland facade, yet blends in seamlessly with the rest of the area, in particular with the rolling green hills and multi-colored plants and trees of Alice in Wonderland across the way.

As part of the refurbishment, the track and flying ships will be retooled and replaced with ships that hold from 4-6 guests, compared to the 2-3 guests that can currently fit. The ships will also have the capacity to gently sway around the corners and add more of a visceral experience for riders. The ride will utilize the same pathway as before.
